Awkwafina
Awkwafina, an American actor and singer, began with funny raps, which dealt with sexual identities, racial identity and gender. After which she moved to Hollywood, she released an album of rap songs. The actress was born Nora Lum to Chinese and Korean immigrant parents in Forest Hills Queens her first musical experience came in the form of the trumpet. The musician also had instruction in jazz and classical before becoming a hip-hop teenager. In college she studied the field of women's studies and journalism. Then, she even had some time learning Mandarin during her time in Beijing. After graduating, it wasn't until that she shifted her focus on music. Her song My Vag, a response song to Mickey Avalon's My Dick gained viral popularity through the Internet during 2012. It was eventually included on her first album Yellow Ranger released in 2014. Other hits on the internet that were viral include Queef song and the winking NYC Bitche$ hometown tour. The track also appeared in Awkwafina's NYC Travel Guide, which was published in the year 2015. In addition to being a writer and musician among her accomplishments, she set her sights on a third endeavor actor. Along with early series like Girl Code, Tawk and Bad Rap she also appeared in movies such as Neighbors and Storks. In 2018, she scored several major roles like Dude Ocean's eight or Crazy Rich Asians. In June, she released the EP in Fina We Trust.
