Marilu and Jennifer

Marilu Henner has the energy of teens and the insight to be a wise woman. She's the ultimate model of women today who are able to do all. She's an actress as well as a health professional and author. She hosts a talk show as well as produces it. So it's not surprising that Perpetual Motion is her moniker. Marilu's life has been an example of her healthy method of living. She believes that you can accomplish whatever you want with a healthy body. But not always. As she entered her teens She began a the yo-yo lifestyle and observed her weight gain. The food she ate was emotional and felt sick all the times. Her parents both passed away in their 50's-her mother from complications from arthritis and her father from an attack on his heart--she realized she needed to take charge of her health to ensure that the same fate would not come her way. Dieting was not the goal however, the goal was to improve our overall health and create a lifestyle that would maximize the way our bodies were designed to work. She has a role in the CBS show 2 Broke Girls where she plays Sophie, Max, and Caroline's Polish upstair neighbor, who runs a cleaning service.
